NAETHER-HANOVER AWARD

IDS brought the "Carl Naether Award" back in 2000 and renamed it the "Naether-Hanover Award" in recognition of these two great dove fanciers. Both men shared their knowledge of the doves/pigeons with many. Carl Naether received the very first award just prior to his death at age 99. Don Hanover presented it to Carl on behalf of IDS & said it brought tears to Carl's eyes for finally being recognized by his peers in the fancy he dearly loved.
