Description: (Latham 1801) Length 38 cm.

Nesting: Clutch is two large white eggs; incubation 18 days; young are fast growing & fledge within 4 weeks, but remain dependant upon the parents fro another 3-4 weeks. A good time is 5-6 weeks before removing the young form the parents (as long as no aggression by the parents is seen)
