The body of this bird is a blue/gray consistent color. It has a white head, breast & underbelly. The flight feathers are grizzled/frosted (a typical feature of the "frosty" gene). It has a diluted neck ring (almost charcoal). Bill is light colored & may show a diluted dark tip. Eyes (iris) will be mottled & typical ivory coloration or slightly darker due to the frosty gene. May have some white spotting in the tail feathers. Undertail bar diluted.
