This pied mutant has cream colored "pied markings" which are a light tan to sandy color or manila folder color. The head, breast and flight feathers are white. The neck ring is a diluted charcoal/grey color. Bill typically is dark tipped as in most "pieds". Legs & feet red. The eye is likely similar to the Cream (mottled ruby red); but maybe the typical "dark" color of Pied.
